Our business model is to provide customers with up-front information and pricing, and will consider business with vendors that demonstrate similar attitudes.

This is our policy on prospective vendors:

1. We accept unsolicited information describing your company's product or service pricing by fax
to 905-844-9499, by email sent to vendors@cd2go.com (preferred) or by postal mail only.
If you disregard the above and insist on phoning, you will be asked to remove us from your prospecting list.

2. If we are interested in your product or service, we will contact you.
Please do not expect a response to confirm the receipt of your materials, even if you ask for one.

3. You may follow up with reasonable frequency by fax or email when there are updates to your offering or pricing.

4. We do not speak to vendors making unsolicited sales calls, nor do we allow appointments to meet in person.
We do not release any company information nor statistics to qualify us.

5. We are not interested in company profiles, marketing rhetoric, nor lengthy introductory letters. Make it easy for us to consider your business by including your current pricing, or at least ball-park figures for typical custom services or configurations.
Your fax or email will be discarded if you only send a line card without including your pricing.

6. Be sure to include your contact information! If we're interested, we would like to get in touch with you.

If you anticipate making liberal interpretations of this policy, then we wish you well as you kindly remove us from your prospecting list.
